Blair Moncur

Blair is a graduate of the University of Idaho.  (Go Vandals!!!!!) He worked in Quality Assurance at the Idaho National Laboratory for 33 years.  Blair is an active participant in Emergency Preparedness. He currently serves as Emergency Preparedness Director for the Ririe Idaho Stake, and has completed Citizens Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T.) training. In addition, he holds an Extra Class ham radio license, and originally organized the Rigby Regional E.R.C. armature radio network. As an Eagle Scout, Blair understands the importance of Being Prepared!
