Rigby Police Chief, Sam Tower – Heirloom Seed Extraordinaire
The Rigby Police Department operates under the direction of Chief Sam Tower. Chief Tower was hired by the Rigby City Council in 2016. Working together with the community, he strives to promote a safe and positive place to live.
In addition to helping promote a safe and positive community, Chief Tower knows a thing or two about heirloom seeds and gardening! He will be teaching you how to collect and grow heirloom seeds.
